Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Discipline Vault website, customer accounts, courses, toolkits, memberships, premium content, downloads, and related digital resources (“Services”). In these Terms, “Discipline Vault”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the Discipline Vault brand and Services.
By using the Services, creating an account, obtaining a free resource, purchasing a product, or starting a membership, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your location, to make a purchase or start a paid membership. If you are not legally able to enter into a contract, a parent or legal guardian must complete the transaction and accept these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by a security failure for which we are legally responsible.
Account sharing is not permitted. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Personal-Use Licence
When you receive access to a product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use it for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You may download or print materials only where the product permits it. Unless we give written permission, you may not share account access, copy or distribute substantial parts of the content, upload materials to file-sharing services, resell resources, remove ownership notices, create a competing product from our materials, or use protected content to train or fine-tune an artificial-intelligence model.
5. Product Descriptions and Access
We aim to describe products accurately. The product page and checkout page identify the current price, inclusions, and access model. Screenshots, examples, or previews may be illustrative.
Standalone Complete System Access
A standalone US$47 purchase of the Complete Discipline Vault System provides lifetime access, as defined in these Terms, to:
- The Complete Discipline Vault System video course; and
- The Freedom Reset Toolkit and its included worksheets.
The standalone purchase does not provide lifetime access to membership, premium archive content, monthly releases, future member resources, or other subscription-only materials.
Resources accessed through a monthly or yearly membership remain available only while the applicable membership is active, unless a product was also purchased separately.
“Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the applicable product while Discipline Vault continues to operate and make that product available, subject to these Terms and events outside our reasonable control. It does not guarantee that a product or platform will remain available forever.
6. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may convert a charge to your local currency and may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees.
Any tax collected by the checkout provider will be shown before purchase where supported. You are responsible for taxes, duties, or charges that apply to you, except where we are legally required to collect or pay them.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers made available through our checkout platform. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise the applicable provider to process the amount displayed at checkout.
We do not store full payment-card details. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Memberships and Automatic Renewal
Memberships renew automatically at the monthly or yearly interval selected during checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise the payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account for each renewal.
You may cancel through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless required otherwise by law, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
If a payment fails, the platform may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, or suspend access. We may change prices for future billing periods. Where reasonably practicable, active members will receive advance notice before a new price applies to a future renewal.
9. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Purchases and memberships are subject to the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to break the law, interfere with security, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, harass others, scrape or copy content at scale, misrepresent your identity, commit fraud, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
11. Intellectual Property
The website, brand, course materials, articles, worksheets, templates, graphics, downloads, systems, and other content are owned by or licensed to Discipline Vault and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
12. Educational Disclaimer and No Guaranteed Results
The Services provide general educational and informational content. They do not provide medical care, psychological treatment, therapy, addiction treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or another regulated professional service.
Results vary and depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee income, health improvement, addiction recovery, behavioural change, personal transformation, or any other specific result. Seek qualified professional help where appropriate. If you may be at risk of harm or require urgent assistance, contact an appropriate emergency or crisis service in your location.
13. Service Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update, improve, replace, or discontinue parts of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security incidents, platform outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For paid products, we will not intentionally remove the essential access or features promised at purchase without providing an appropriate alternative or remedy where required by law.
14. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has committed fraud, shared an account, distributed protected content, attempted unauthorised access, abused support services, or materially breached these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
Suspension or termination does not remove any consumer right or remedy that applies by law.
15. Third-Party Services
Our Services rely on third parties, including Podia, Cloudflare, analytics providers, and payment providers. Your use of their features may also be governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discipline Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services.
Where liability can legally be limited, our total liability relating to a particular paid product or billing period will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or billing period. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our Services, legal obligations, or business practices change. We will post the updated Terms with a revised date. For material changes affecting an active paid membership, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
18. Disputes and Applicable Law
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator and the transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections, courts, tribunals, or dispute-resolution rights available in your location.
19. General Terms
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and the applicable product description, form the agreement relating to the Services.
We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a genuine business transfer, provided this does not reduce rights that cannot legally be reduced. You may not transfer your account or licence without written permission.
20. Contact
For questions about these Terms, email support@disciplinevault.com. We usually respond within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Recovery and Educational Scope
Discipline Vault content about compulsive porn use, habits, urges, and relapse is educational and for self-improvement. It is not medical treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support.
